Terms of Service

By using the A&G Heating & Air website or scheduling service, you agree to these terms.

Estimates: written quotes are valid for 30 days. Verbal estimates are not binding.

Warranty: repairs carry a 1-year workmanship warranty. New installations carry a 10-year parts & labor warranty registered with the manufacturer. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover damage from misuse, power surges, or lack of maintenance.

Payment: due at completion of service unless financing is arranged in advance. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and financing through approved lenders.

Cancellation: please give us 24 hours notice for scheduled non-emergency appointments.

Licensing: A&G is a California C-20 licensed HVAC contractor, bonded and insured.
